The rooms were spacious and had kitchens with everything you need. The valet service was inconsistent and slow, making it frustrating to retrieve my car. Great access to MGM's facilities and nearby golf course for a nice day out. The jacuzzi was a major plus too. a decent place to stay.

I loved the spacious rooms with comfy new beds! The kitchen was perfect for meal prep, especially with our little one's picky tastes. Plus, the beautiful balcony offered such a dreamy view to enjoy.

I had a rough time when I returned to the hotel after shopping on Black Friday. They wouldn’t let me use valet parking, even though it was included. I had to trek all the way through MGM with heavy bags—such a hassle!

The location near the golf course and hiking trails was fantastic for our active family. The casino downstairs was a blast for some fun nights, adding excitement to our family vacation.
My wife says that the hotel could improve by offering a more kids-friendly menu.

During my stay, I found it incredibly convenient to stroll to various attractions, including the vibrant Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, just about 500 meters away, and the glamorous Cosmopolitan, which is around 1 kilometer from the hotel; even the impressive T-Mobile Arena is a pleasant 1.1-kilometer walk away, making it easy to immerse yourself in the excitement of Las Vegas. The spacious room came with a kitchenette and offered great amenities, although I did encounter some service hiccups, like needing to set up the sofa bed myself. But overall, the welcoming atmosphere and supportive staff made my experience enjoyable.

The room is huge and comes with a kitchenette, perfect for family meals. The pool area is nice and you get free access to the Lazy Pool at MGM which is a nice perk.
Valet parking was a nightmare, expect delays.

First impressions were striking. The view from my balcony? Absolutely spectacular. Spacious rooms with two bathrooms—perfect for families. The staff exuded charm, especially Dorothy in security. She brightened our stay from the start. Valet service was seamless, a welcome luxury amidst the chaos. The location linked conveniently to MGM Grand, saving us from the heat. there were drawbacks. A noxious smell upon arrival caused irritation, and while medical staff responded quickly, management showed little concern. Maintenance issues persisted—leaks, broken mirror, malfunctioning phones. Maid service fell short when we needed coffee. They delivered too late. Room for improvement exists, but the positives certainly shone through.

The rooms are huge and come with two bathrooms, perfect for getting ready. There's a great outdoor pool and easy access to fun activities for the kids.

Had a blast during xmas at this hotel! Located close to the strip, making it easy to explore. The rooms are spacious with cool art pieces. Check-in and check-out were a breeze!
Some kitchen equipment needs an upgrade and room cleanliness was lacking. Staff interactions were a bit rude.

We stayed at The Signature Condo and, overall, our experience was a mix of highs and lows. The room we were in had a decent amount of space and a cozy vibe. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the kitchenette that came equipped with basic cookware and utensils. there were some notable issues that did put a damper on our stay. One thing we noticed right away was that the ironing facilities were missing, which was inconvenient as we had some wrinkled clothes from traveling. The heating and air conditioning worked fine, but we found the temperature a bit difficult to regulate at times. We were looking forward to enjoying some tea and coffee in the room, but were disappointed to find only one coffee packet for a two, day stay. The lack of variety was a letdown. The sitting area was nice, but the absence of a dining table made it challenging to enjoy meals comfortably in the room. The patio had garden furniture, but the terrace itself was not as well, maintained as we had hoped. The room was not soundproofed well, and we could hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway. the carpeted floor seemed a bit worn and in need of replacement. the staff was friendly, but their availability was limited, and communication was a bit challenging. The flat, screen TV was a nice touch, although the channel options were limited. Dry cleaning services were available, which was convenient, but we had to wait until late morning for housekeeping to open.

the rooms were clean and large - with great jetted tubs. the location is super close to the mgm casino - with access to the mgm pools. valet parking was included - totally worth it!

We were disappointed to find out that our room was not serviced by the hotel, and we had to call a separate number for assistance. This made it difficult to get extra towels and blankets. However, the room was clean and comfortable, with a nice spa tub. I'll recommend this hotel.

The property offers awesome amenities like a spa, hot tub, and sauna. I enjoyed feeling like royalty with the exceptional service. The free WiFi was a lifesaver for my online shopping addiction!

the staff was friendly and nice, offering valet parking and even sending kitchenware and cutlery to our room. the pools and waterfall hot tub in Tower 2 were a highlight. it was great to be just the right distance from the strip without having to deal with the crowds. check-in was quick and easy, and we appreciated the proximity to MGM Grand and its facilities via the air-conditioned tunnel and moving walkway.

Valet service was slow and the chair in the living room was falling apart. Our room had damaged walls and the sofa bed was not made properly.

The location was ideal, just 900 meters from CityCenter Las Vegas, my main attraction. The service-minded staff pleasantly surprised me, and I enjoyed the onsite restaurant and bar.

During my business trip, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the strip and connected to the Grand MGM. The open pools were refreshing, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The kitchenette was a great convenience for my family. The staff quickly provided additional utensils when needed. the hotel amenities and service were top-notch.
The safe in the living room was locked, and the air vent in the bathroom was not working properly.
